At Online Collectors, we want you to love every piece in your curated home collection. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack with Care
Place the item in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it arrives safely; fragile home decor must be secured to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5 to 10 business days.
