Cymbidium Alexandra Beauty 'Golden Globe' is a selected cultivar from the grex Cymbidium Alexandra Beauty. This hybrid was registered by W. H. Wittwer in 1986 from the cross Cymbidium Kimberley Splash Ă— Cymbidium Tethys. It produces bright golden-yellow flowers with rounded petals and a contrasting lip, carried on strong upright spikes. Best grown in pots, this cultivar is suitable for cool to temperate climates.
